Suspect At Large In Armed Robbery

DECATUR- The Decatur Police are looking for a suspect who committed armed robbery on Friday, November 6.   Here is a statement from the Decatur Police Department along with photo of the suspect:

“PUBLIC ASSISTANCE NEEDED: Robbery

On November 6, 2015 at approximately 2:15 AM, the Raceway convenience store located at 2331 AL Highway 20 was robbed. The suspect is a black male who looks to be in his mid to late 30’s approximately 5’10-6’00 and 165-175 lbs. The suspect was armed with a small caliber black semi-automatic handgun.

The suspect was driving what looks to be a late 80’s or early 90’s model maroon Chevrolet Celebrity with a missing hub cap on the right side.
