Rosalee Toms Flournoy, 78, died Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Diversacare Nursing Center in Tupelo, MS following an extended illness. She was born December 23, 1938 in Illinois to Ralph Toms and Rachel Delamatte Toms. She worked many years as a seamstress in the clothing manufacturing industry.
