Memorial service for Richard “Rick” Lane Draper, 54, of Decatur, will be Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at 7 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Holmes officiating with visitation immediately following the service.
Mr. Draper, who died Tuesday, April 12, 2016, in Decatur, was born Thursday, Oct. 5, 1961, to Robert Draper and Martha Lou Draper. He was preceded in death by mother, Martha Lou Draper; niece, Felicia Holland; and father, Robert Draper.
