Rachel Marie Smith, age 42, of Moulton, passed away August 9, 2026. She was born September 29, 1983, to parents Dana and Charlotte Severinsen. Rachel had a big heart and would fill the room with laughter. She was loyal, caring, a good listener and would do anything for anyone. Rachel was a blunt speaking person for the good of things. Rachel was deeply loved, especially by her children who held her heart. She was unapologetically herself. She was always wanting to look and feel her best. The loss of her will never overshadow the love she gave or the love that remains for her. Visitation will be Tuesday August 25th, 2026, from 1p.m. until 2 p.m. at Moulton Heritage Funeral Home where a service will follow at 2 p.m. Burial at Owen Chapel cemetery in Moulton, Alabama. Rachel is survived by her daughters Kaylie Early, Shiann Severinsen; son Trenton Daniel; grandchild; Alora Nolen; father Dana Severinsen; brothers Brandon (Jacque) Burns, Christian Severinsen, Austin Severinsen; sister Angela (Steven) Adams, Brittney Burns; grandmother Shirley Burns; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and close friends.
