Percy Wesley “Bud” Daniel Jr., 68, Russellville, Ala., passed away Thursday, July 25, 2013, at his home. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Russellville and attended First United Methodist Church in Russellville. Bud was self-employed and retired from Daniel Excavating and was former owner of Bud’s Barbeque.
His visitation will be on Saturday, July 27, 2013, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with his funeral held at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Brother Clinton Busler and Brother Keith Prince are officiating. Entombment will follow at Franklin Memory Mausoleum.
He is survived by wife, Elizabeth Ann Glass Daniel; sisters, Anne McBrayer and Maedrue Lindsey; a host of nieces; nephews; and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Percy and Opal Warhurst Daniel.
In lieu of flowers, make memorials to Friendship Baptist Church in Russellville or First United Methodist Church in Russellville.
