Peggy Mills Tutor, 79, passed away Monday, September 22, 2025, at NMMC-Tupelo, MS after a brief illness. Peggy was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family. A member of Robbs Bethel Baptist Church and she loved the Lord!
Survivors include her only child, Terry Tutor (Linda) of Pontotoc, her very special cousin Tammy Waldo Plunk, her 3 grandchildren Brandi, Miranda, and Mitchell Tutor all of Pontotoc, 7 great grandchildren, 3 brothers Kenneth (Barbara), Roy (Lajune), and Jimmy Mills (Dianne), her sister Vonnie Mills Turner, her sister-in-law Rose Tutor, and her brothers-in-law WC and FG Tutor (Debra).
She was preceded in death by her parents Johnny Houston Mills and Cleo Laverne Otts Mills, her husband Paul Delaine Tutor, sister Martha Mills Goggins (Till), brother Robert Mills (Annette), brother-in-law Dud Tutor, sisters-in-law Doris Tutor Chrestman (Harold) and Barbara Tutor.
A private graveside service will be held at Guinn Cemetery in Pontotoc County, MS with Bro. Wayne Ward officiating.
