Pamela Dianne Pedersen age 59 of Athens, passed away Tuesday April 1, 2014 at her residence. Mrs. Pedersen was born August 15, 1954 in Limestone County, AL to George Wesley Steelman and Marvolene Putman Steelman.
Services will be Saturday, April 5, 2014 1:00 p.m., at Isom’s Chapel Methodist Church with Eddie Gooch officiating. The body will lie in state from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be Friday, April 4, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery.
Mrs. Pedersen was a member of Isom’s Chapel Methodist Church and a United States Air Force Veteran from 1976 – 1982.
Survived by her husband, Bruce Pederson of Athens; two daughters, Lori Clem and husband, Jason and Dianna Pedersen both of Athens; mother, Marvolene Steelman of Athens; brother, Tony Steelman of Athens; three sisters, Shelia Ross, Julie Ray both of Athens and Rebecca Chanin of Houston, TX; three grandchildren, Isabella Clem, Alizah Clem and Asher Clem all of Athens; also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and loving friends.
Pallbearers will be Jason Clem, Trent Wray, Caleb Bennett, David Mobley, Zach Allen and Mike Green. Honorary pallbearer will be Robert Naves, Jr.
