Millerene Dykes Hargett

Mrs. Millerene was a member of Belgreen Church of Christ. She was very sociable and fun-loving woman, who enjoyed playing cards, singing, dancing, and even yodeling. She loved being around everyone, and especially loved being around her family enjoying the special family times together. Her family will cherish so many wonderful memories.

She leaves to cherish her many memories, her children, Ricky Hargett (Wanda), Rhonda Oliver (Larry); grandchildren, Brandi Hargett Moore (Mitch), Abby Hargett Madden (Craig), Chad Oliver (Jerri Ann), Chase Oliver (Hannah); great-grandchildren, Drew Wills, Riley Hargett, Shiloh Madden, Heidi Madden, Cooper Madden, Saxton Oliver, Raylee Oliver, Riggs Oliver, Karlie Moore, Kara Moore; great-great-grandchildren, Ava Claire Wills, Waylon Wills; siblings, Wanda Flangan, Ann Hulsey, Keith Dykes (Angie); and a host of nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Eric Hargett; father of her children, Wallace Leon Hargett; parents, William Edgar & Margie (Pratt) Dykes; siblings, Robert Dykes, Vernell Wingo, Tootsie Batchelor, Babe Harris, and Jerry Wayne Dykes.

The visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 12, 2025, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Dennis Hargett officiating the service. The burial will be at Belgreen Cemetery.
