MaryAnne Lucille Puzio Krzyminski, 88, of Huntsville, AL passed away on May 28, 2026. She was born on December 18, 1937, in Hamtramck, Michigan. The child of John and Alfreda Goranczkowski Puzio, Mary graduated from St. Anthony, Detroit, and then the University of Detroit Mercy.

Mary married William Joseph Krzyminski in Detroit, Michigan on January 31, 1959. They moved from St. Clair Shores to Dayton, Ohio in 1967 and then finally to Huntsville, Alabama in 1980. They raised a great family of four children to whom they gave their never-ending love, support and guidance.

Mary, or as her students knew her, Mrs. K, was a middle school teacher for eight years at St. Adalbert’s in Ohio, 20 years at Holy Spirit School in Huntsville and 12 years at Holy Family, also in Huntsville.

Mary’s favorite times were with her family, traveling, cruising, and their yearly trip to Sanibel Island with their good friends, Bob and Mary Jane Heinz.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, William; brothers, Edward Puzio and Thaddeus Puzio; sister, Jane Grabowski; and her children, Joseph William and John William.

Surviving to cherish Mary’s memory are her sister-in-law, MaryLou Krzyminski; children, Jeff Krzyminski (Lily) and Kristin Weaver (Mason); daughters-in-law, Mary Jeanne Krzyminski (Joseph) and Suzy Krzyminski (John); 18 grandchildren, Kimberly Richardson (Brandon), AJ Krzyminski (Emma), Warren, Wendel, and Wynell Hermogenes, AmberDae Krzyminski, William Weaver (Caroline), Patrick Weaver (Heidi), Andrew Weaver, Thomas Weaver (Emma), Matthew Weaver, LeeAnne Krzyminski, Kristin Cronin (John), John Krzyminski (Grace), Bella, Harold, Grace and Faith Krzyminski; nine great-grandchildren, Alyssa and Lucas Richardson, Lydia and Theodore Hermogenes, Maliah Hermogenes, Kevin Weaver, Rowan Krzyminski, and Madeleine and Paul Cronin; and many cousins.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, with the memorial service immediately following at the church.
