Mary Elaine Donahoo Quick, of Huntsville, Alabama, entered the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 19, 2025. Elaine was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on February 21, 1953, and lived most of her life in Huntsville, Alabama. Elaine was married to Robert “Bob” Edwin Quick, Jr., on July 2, 1977. Elaine worked as a secretary for many years and loved being a housewife. She passed on her love of music to her daughters.
Elaine is survived by her husband, Bob; daughters, Lindsey Thomas (Michael) and Jennifer Olander (Julian); grandchildren, Rebekah, Annabelle, and Luke Thomas; sisters-in-law, Barbara Quick and Norma (Clifton) Valentine; nieces, Melanie (Nathanael) Baldwin, Amy (Chris) Hinton, and Nicole Valentine; and nephew, David Quick.
A graveside service will be held Monday, March 24, 2025, at 2 p.m., with Allan Greer officiating, at Maple Hill Cemetery in Huntsville.
