Marty Willard Emerson, age 62, of Muscle Shoals, Alabama passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at his residence.
He was born in Zion, Illinois on Wednesday, March 1, 1961, to Willard Preston Emerson and Marylon Boyett Emerson.
Marty was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Muscle Shoals, Alabama.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Melanie Heineman (husband, Rob); grandchildren, Anna, Rebecca, Paul, Hayden Heineman; parents, Willard and Marylon Boyett Emerson; brother, Greg Emerson (wife, Terri); host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Douglas Alan Emerson; grandparents, Will & Ruby Emerson and Hugh L. & Margie Boyett.
The visitation will be 12-2 p.m. Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at Marion County Funeral Home, the service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Danny Stanford, Bro. Wayne King officiating and interment at Old Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Hodges Alabama.
