Christie Lynn Miller, 54 of Athens, passed away on Sunday, December 8th, 2024, at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mrs. Miller was born on August 20th, 1970, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to Stanley Wade Pylant and Sandra Thornton Walker.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her children Christina Nelson and Christin Miller; grandchildren Camden Randolph, Jadealynn Beavers, and Josephine Beavers; mother Sandra Walker; sisters Cynthia Cosby (Daryl) and Andrea Walker; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father; step-father Paul Walker; and a grandchild.
Funeral services for Mrs. Miller will be Thursday, December 12th, 2024, at 2:00pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home, with Carl Goolsby officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00-1:45pm, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Limestone Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Camden Randolph, Reyli Martinez, Alex Martinez, Cody Letson, J.C. Bates, and Rashaun Anderson.
Mrs. Miller loved her shows, reading, and most importantly her grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Cancer Society or your favorite charity.
