Martha Ann Meeks Ford, age 78 of Jasper, passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Grandview Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Sunlight Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Richard Meeks will officiate.
Mrs. Ford is survived by her Husband of 63 years-Jerry Ford; Daughters-Sandra Ford Atchley (Shelby), Lesa Richardson (David) and Amy Knox (Rowan); Sons-Jeff Ford and Jerry T. Ford (Wendy); Grandchildren-Deme Ford, Jon Richardson (Katelyn), Jessica Atchley, Mathew Atchley, Hunter Ford, Camron Knox (Samantha) and Elizabeth Ann Knox; Great Grandchildren-Rowan Richardson, Dean Horst, Logan Atchley and Sawyer Knox; Extended Family-Larry Knox.
