Billie C. Cook, 91 of Dora, passed away December 25, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, December 28, 2025, at New Horizon Chapel with Ted Cook and Rev. John Foles officiating. Burial will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour before service time.
She was the widow of the late Howard O. Cook. She is also preceded in death by her parents William and Gertrude Carter, sisters Mary Foster, Betty Lee, brothers William Carter, Bob Carter, Jimmy Carter, son in law David Reed, grandson Adam Reed
She is survived by her daughter Jean (Bill) Franklin, son Ted (Pam) Cook and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Billie Retired from Parisian West. She was a very much-loved mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be greatly missed.
