Funeral services for Mrs. Marjorie Insco James, age 86, are scheduled for 1PM on Saturday December 17, 2016 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. John Finley officiating. Burial will follow in Henderson County Memory Gardens Cemetery. Marjorie passed away on Saturday December 10, 2016 in Memphis, TN. Born March 8, 1930 to the late Dee Neuman Insco and Elbie Franklin Insco, Marjorie was a Histological Technician, a member of Bartlett Hills Baptist Church, and enjoyed painting, sewing, quilting, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Mr. Henry Harold James, and two sisters, Dorothy Gatlin and Mildred Jowers. Survivors include her four sons; Gaylon James (Peggy) of Lone Oak, KY., Henry H. “Sunny” James Jr. (Vickie) of Bartlett, TN.; Timothy James (Kathy) of Cret, IL.; and Kenneth James of Joilet, IL., two daughters, Nancy (Lloyd) Swor of Pollock, LA.; and Gerre (Forrest) Harrell of Bartlett, TN., daughter in law, Coleen McHugh of Crestwood, IL., sister, Berniece (David) Wheeler, 15 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. The family has asked in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in her memory.
