Larry Lee Sinner, 74, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021, at Magnolia Regional Hospital in Corinth. He was born March 16, 1947 to the late Peter Ira Sinner and the late Violet Evelyn Helzer Sinner. He was born and raised in Queen City Missouri where he graduated with the class of 1965. He adored his family and friends, his love language was giving gifts. Nothing made him happier than finding a little something that he thought someone might need or want. He enjoyed collecting coins and different types of bills, “funny money” he called it. He lived his life working hard as an over the road truck driver and met so many friends that became like family to him on his journeys. His grandchildren were his pride and joy. He tried his best to be at every event they were involved in. You could find him at Tin Top Grill on Saturday mornings where they didn’t have to ask him what he wanted, they already knew. He enjoyed attending church services at Bethel Baptist Church with his family and visiting Oak Valley Christian church where he raised his daughters.
Memorial service will be 11:00 am on Friday September 17, 2021 at Bethel Baptist Church with Dr. Kevin Clayton officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am Friday September 17, 2021 at Bethel Baptist Church. The family asks that you wear a mask and social distance as much as possible while at the service. We know that he would be the first to grumble and complain about a mask but he would want everyone to humor his girls one last time.
Survivors include his daughters Amanda Sinner (Dennis) of Hamilton MS, Cynthia Haynes (Randy) of Ripley MS, Rebecka Wiginton of Fulton MS, grandchildren Austin Owen, Kameryn Holloway, Aunika Holloway, Ani’yah Holloway, Audrey Haynes, Russell Haynes, Grace Wiginton, Jason Wiginton, Lydia Wiginton, and Davis Wiginton, a sister Carol Sinner of Savannah GA, brothers Thomas Sinner (Inez) of Sumter SC and Leslie Sinner (Margaret) of West Columbia SC, special friends from Swift transportation and Cooley Transport, and his beloved friends at Tin Top Grill in Mooreville.
