Jerrel Brumley passed away July 16, 2013, at the age of 84 in Russellville Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Clinta Faye Lawler Brumley; parents, Plumer George and Lola Jackson Brumley; grandson, Chris Raburn; brothers, Elmer and Kenneth Brumley; sisters, Mary Frances Kinsey and Glydia Patterson.
He is survived by two sons, Stan (Judy) Brumley, of Hamilton, Miss., Keith (Gina) Brumley, of Hackleburg, Ala.; daughters, Linda (Ken) Raburn of Hodges, Ala., Kathy (Danny) Carter, of Jasper, Ala.; grandchildren, Stacy (Mike) Phillips, Kelsey Brumley, of Hamilton, Miss., Clinta Che’ (James) Reed, Jeri Carter, Conway, Ark., Rocklin Brumley, of Hackleburg, Ala.;
great-grandchildren, Evan Phillips, of Hamilton, Miss., Taylor Raburn, Brady and Emily Caldwell, of Foley, Ala., Caleb Carter Reed and Eli Daniel Reed, of Conway, Ala.;
special sister-in-law and friend, F.E. Brumley.
He worked at Blue Bell in Hackleburg and NTN Bower in Hamilton, then retired.
He was also a deacon at First Missionary Baptist Church at Hodges, Ala. for over 29 Years.
Services will be Friday at 4 p.m. at the Hodges First Missionary Baptist Church, with burial in Old Line Cemetery.
