Deloris Voncile Howard, 78, Russellville, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at Terrace Manor
Nursing Home.
The visitation will be 11:00 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2013, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating at the service will be Brotjer Roger Bond. Burial will be at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Phil Campbell.
She is survived by her children, Linda Hall (husband, Freddie), Eddie Howard (wife, Nita), Teddy Howard; grandchildren, Andrea Mayberry, J.P. Hall, Mandy Franks, Haley Bailey, Zachary Howard, Tyler Howard, Jared Howard, Ashley Howard, Amber Howard; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Howard; parents, Edward and Dora Bagget Smith; and three siblings, Dean Baily, Bobby Smith and Lou Carters.
