Jenny Cooper, age 35, of Huntsville passed away Tuesday, August 30th, 2022. She was a devoted and loving wife, daughter, sister, and friend to many. She was born and raised in Murfreesboro, Tennessee where she graduated from Riverdale High School in 2005. In 2016, she moved to Huntsville and worked shortly in the Huntsville Hospital System before fulfilling a lifelong dream of being the first in her family to attend and graduate college. After graduating from UAH in 2021, she began work at her dream job as a Cyber Security Analyst at Crossflow Technologies.

Throughout her life, Jenny touched the lives of countless people with her upbeat personality, caring heart, and quick wit. While she was fiercely independent, she also wanted the best for everyone no matter who they were or their situation in life.

Jenny was preceded in death by her stepfather, J.D. Whittle. She is survived by her wife, Lauren; parents, Vorasing Phimavong and Toune Whittle; sister, Jessie Mitchell (Anthony); and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was also incredibly excited about becoming an aunt to Henry in September of this year.

Family and friends will honor the life of Jenny on Friday, September 2nd at Laughlin Service Funeral Home at 2320 Bob Wallace Avenue SW in Huntsville, Alabama. Visitation will start at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers or other gifts, the family asks that donations be made to Kids to Love in Huntsville, Alabama in dedication to the memory of Jenny.
