Janice Boyles Self, age 58, Haleyville, Al passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at her residence. She was a member of Beulah Baptist Church. Visitation is Saturday, February 9, 2013 from 9:00 – 11:00 am at Pinkard Funeral Home-Haleyville with service following at 11:00 am in the chapel. Burial in Beulah Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, William Randall Self; children, William David Self and Hillary Louise Self; a host of relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Prince Nelson Boyles and Louise Feltman Boyles; brothers, Bobby Ray Boyles and Earnest Boyd Boyles
