Janet Lee Gargan, age 72, of Westpoint, TN passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Detroit, MI, and retired from the U.S. Postal Service.
She was preceded in death by her father, Elza Firebaugh; her mother, Ermine Jones Adams; husband, Robert Gargan; and one sister, Martha Line.
She is survived by three daughters, Kim Weissenfluh (Victor) of Westpoint, TN, Carol Emory (Timothy) of Redford, MI and Maria Wells (Jeremy) of Murfreesboro, TN; two sons, Michael Gargan (Caralyn) of South Lyon, MI and Matthew Gargan of Mobile, AL; 16 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; one brother, Roy Adams of Plant City, FL; and one sister, Nancy Mazzara (Bart) of Cape Coral, FL.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. No services will be held at this time.
