Memorial service for Sylvia Wynn, 73, of will be Thursday, October 31, 2019, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 2:00 PM with Rev. Windell Callahan officiating. Mrs. Wynn, who died Saturday, October 26, 2019 , was born June 29, 1946, to Clarence Millsap and Elnora Sapp Millsap. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son – Todd Palmer, and brother.
Survivors include:
Husband – Billy Wynn
2 sons – Robert (Leah) and Jon
Step-Daughter – Stacy (Kenny) Hall
3 grandchildren
