Mr. Banks passed away on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl B. and Margie Leola Cagle Banks; his wife, Ermogene R. Banks; daughter, Vickie A. Hill; brothers, Huel D. Banks and Bud Banks and sisters, Frances L. Clark and Dorthy N. Cornelius.
He is survived by his children, Harold L. Banks, Linda G. Rhoades, Mary J. McLean and Bonnie S. Banks; brother, Harold L. Banks; sisters, Doris E. Parris and Shirley V. Davis; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
