Funeral for Helen Gay Livingston, 81, of Moulton will be Sunday, February 9, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Archie Letson Sr. and Bro. Shane Williams officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Livingston died Thursday, February 6, 2014, at NHC Healthcare. She was born March 29, 1932, in Lawrence County to John Henry Jones and Gussie Norwood Jones. She attended Landersville Praise and Worship. She was preceded in death by her parents; seven brothers, Roy Jones, Leonard Jones, Benford Jones, Winford Jones, Boother Jones, Fieldee Jones and Aubie Jones; and two sisters, Corina Letson and Clezelle Grimes.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis Livingston; two daughters, Myra L. Arrington and Darlene Ashley (Gary), both of Moulton; three grandchildren, Deny Ashley of Decatur, Tennessee, Randa Hill of Trinity and Sunny Ashley-Young of Moulton; four great-grandchildren, Lily Hill, Lila Hill, Brady Ashley and Carter Young; one brother, Rayburn Jones of Moulton; and one sister, Willadean Letson of Moulton.
Pallbearers will be nephews and friends.
