Flora Edna Wallace Vinson, age 95, of Cherokee, died Friday, May 30, 2014.
Visitation will be 1 p.m. Sunday, June 1, 2014, at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee, Alabama, followed by the service at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Brother Andy Elliott and Brother John Bray officiating. Burial will follow in Margerum Cemetery.
She was a member of Asphalt Rock Baptist Church and was an avid Atlanta Braves baseball and Crimson Tide fan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Vinson, daughter, Patricia Vinson, and granddaughter, Ruschelle Logan.
Survivors include: Daughters, Mary Edna (Russ Logan), Diane (Buddy Smith), Deborah (Benjie Malone); Grandsons, Darren (Laura Malone), Kerry (Ashley Malone), Adam Malone, Daniel (Jennifer Malone), Matt Logan and Chad (Lauren Smith); Granddaughter: Joley (Bo Murphy); Great-granddaughters, Liddy, Alice, Anna Grace, Maggie Malone, Violet Smith, Lilah Murphy; Great-grandsons, Evan Malone and John Thomas Malone; Sister, Clara Whitaker.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Logan, Daniel Malone, Darren Malone, Kerry Malone, Chad Smith, James Ham, Chuck Clark and Bethany Owens.
Honorary Pallbearers are Adam Malone and R.C. Scott.
