Mrs. Flora Dell (Nelson) Reynolds, age 90, of Decatur, died April 23, 2021, at River City Center. Shelton Funeral Home is assisting her family with arrangements. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Reynolds. No service is scheduled at this time.
