Clara Bell Butler Busby – Obituary

Clara Bell Butler Busby, age 87, passed away Monday November 26, 2012 at her home.

Mrs. Busby was born and reared in Chester County the daughter of the late Walter B. and Edna Rosena Holloway Butler. She attended schools at New Friendship. She moved to Memphis in 1947 and began work with the Wonder Bread Company, working in bakery production until 1987, when she retired. She was a member of the Local 149, Confectionary Union. She was a member of the New Friendship Baptist Church,

She is survived by a daughter, Susan McEnroe of Phoenix, AZ; four grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; a brother, John T. Butler of Henderson and two sisters, Estelle Jones and Gertrude Corson both of Henderson.

She was preceded in death by four sisters; Irene Jones, Nell Corson, Madgie Carroll, and Bertie Howell, and five brothers; Arthur Butler, Wesley Butler, Perry Butler, Joe Butler, and Frank Butler.
