Christine Borden Hall, age 89, of Decatur, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2026.
She was born March 14, 1937, in Lawrence County, to Charlie Odis Borden and C. Ethel Blankenship Borden.
She was proceeded in death by her parents; husband, Marvin Hall; brother, Herman Borden; sisters, Ruby Lee Wood and Roseine Nelson.
She is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
She was a member of Westmeade Baptist Church. She loved to travel and spend time with her family but most of all she loved her Lord. She worked for Temple Inc. for 47 years. She enjoyed her work and her friends.
Funeral services will be held at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Tim Graham and Rev. Scotty Hogan officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the Chapel. Burial will follow at Midway Memorial Gardens.
