“If I die tomorrow, just know I had a smile on my face, living life to the fullest” and he always tried to enjoy every minute. Chase Rushing Wulfert enjoyed hunting, fishing, and trail riding, but more than anything, he loved spending time with his family and his friends. Over the weekend, a tragic accident took Chase at the age of 18. He was born January 27, 2004 in Jackson. He was a farmer on his family’s farm, Rushing Sod Farm. Chase was preceded in death by his Paw Paw, Harold Rushing. Surviving are his parents, Richard and Jody Rushing Wulfert; his sister, Lana Wulfert; and his grandparents, Bob and Christine Rushing Bimbi, Anton and Judy Wulfert.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM, Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Scotts Hill Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Rushing Farm Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, 2-9 PM and on Saturday, 10 AM – 1 PM all at Scotts Hill Baptist Church.
