She is survived by her brother Jimmy David Hodges and her sister Patricia Hodges McNeal (Lonnie), her uncle Billy Clem, and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. Charlotte was born on June 28, 1949, in Limestone County. She attended the Church of the Living God in Elkmont and retired from Brownsferry Nuclear Plant.
Charlotte was passionate about her family, her dogs, and Atlanta Braves Baseball. She loved to travel with her niece and hang out with the ya-ya’s. She enjoyed listening to her brother Jimmy play his guitar and her great nephew Skyler play his keyboard. She was generous to a fault and had a unique sense of humor. To know her was to love her.
She was known as the cornerstone of the family. She never missed any significant event in her nieces and nephews’ lives; birthdays, ballgames, recitals, parades…Aunt Charlotte was always in the crowd.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Athens Limestone Hospital ICU for the wonderful care and compassion they gave her and our family.
