Carol Kay Frazee, 84, of Elkmont, passed away on Wednesday, February 11th, 2026, at Elk River Health and Nursing Center. Mrs. Frazee was born on January 3rd, 1942, in Ohio, to Russell and Rita (DeVore) Smith.
Mrs. Frazee is survived by her husband, Robert Frazee; daughters, Bobbi Denney and Christine Rettig; four grandchildren; brothers, Donnie Smith, Richard Smith, and Dale Smith; and sister, Barbara Heffken.
She is preceded in death by her parents Russell and Rita Smtih; brothers Steve Smith and Larry Smith; and daughter, Karlene Frazee.
Private Memorial Service to be held at a later date.
