Mrs. Brenda Young Potter, age 75 of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Erlanger Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 22, 2026 at Scottsboro Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Scottsboro Funeral Home on Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 6-8 p.m.
Mrs. Potter is survived by her husband, Jimmy Potter; daughters, Jennifer Talley (Ricky) and Sherry Brake (Larry); honorary daughter, Tabitha Miller (Chad); grandchildren, Jonathan White (Kendall), Joshua White, and Brooke Utech; great grandchildren, Brylee Miller, Emma Moore, Anna Moore, Rowan White, Bentley Utech, Blaze Utech, and Kain Winkles; sister, Maureen Clark; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Michael Utech; parents, John & Betty Young; and four brothers.
Brenda will forever be remembered for her sweet spirit and spunky personality.
