Betty Clay Russell Beauregard, 91, a lifelong resident of Huntsville, Alabama passed away on October 5, 2026.

Visitation will be from 12 to 1 p.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026, at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The service will follow in the funeral home chapel with the Reverend Mark Haines of Decatur Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Huntsville.

Betty was born in Huntsville to William Russell and Jeanette Clay Russell on August 27, 1935. She graduated from Huntsville High School, and afterwards, she worked in the hotel business and later as a registration clerk at Huntsville Hospital, where she retired.

Betty loved her family dearly. She enjoyed traveling and she was quite the dancer in her early years.

Betty is survived by her children, Clay Nottrodt (Janet) and Sonja Langham (Charles); stepchildren, Peter Beauregard (Kathy), Michelle Chretien (Paul), and Paul Beauregard; sister, Gracie Patterson; granddaughter, Erin Ainsworth (Avery); five step grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Ernest Beauregard.
