Annie Ruth was born in Alabama on May 21, 1939, the daughter of the late Clifford Dee and Elise Milligan Condrey. She was united in marriage to Charles Wayne Frazier, who preceded her in death on April 4, 1976. She had worked as a cashier for The Smoke House in Truman, Arkansas.
She is survived by her children, Charles W. Frazier of Truman, Arkansas, Christopher Frazier of Counce, Tennessee and Melinda Carl; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brothers, Fred, Randy and Jerry Condrey all of Florence, Alabama; sisters, Kay Wright of Lutts, Tennessee, Peggy Moore of Memphis, Tennessee and Pat Loveless of Killen, Alabama.
