Angela McClanahan Barnes, 43, of Athens, AL, passed away on Friday, January 26th, 2024. She was born on June 17th, 1980, in Florence, AL, to William and Diane (Leopard) McClanahan.
She is survived by son Lakin Barnes of Athens, AL; brother Grant McClanahan of Hoover, AL; aunt Debbie Leopard Burnett (Steve) of Florence, AL; and uncle Tim McClanahan (Jonnelle) of Florence, AL.
Mrs. Barnes is preceded in death by her parents William and Diane McClanahan.
A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Barnes will be Saturday, February 3rd, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
