Alice M. Smithers passed away May 25, 2015. Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Shoals Church, Tuscumbia, Alabama. The body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Tuscumbia, Alabama. Public viewing will be Tuesday, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.
She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years Hillard B. Smithers Jr; two daughters Andretta M. Smithers, and
Alison M Smithers; one son Hillard B. Smithers III; six grandchildren; three sisters; two brothers; a host of nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.
