Adam Clayton Sturgeon, age 21, of Huntsville, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2018.
Adam was born in Madison County on August 7, 1996 to Donald Anthony Sturgeon and Deborah Joy Clemons Sturgeon. He was a 2014 graduate of Sparkman High School and a Senior at Auburn University where he was studying Agriculture Business and Economics. He enjoyed farming, Auburn Sports and spending time with his friends.
He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Monrovia.
Adam is survived by his parents, Donnie and Debbie Sturgeon; sister, Sydney Sturgeon; grandparents, Clayton and Joy Clemons, Mary Sturgeon; uncles and aunt, Robert Sturgeon, David and Tammy Clemons. Preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Francis Sturgeon.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday May 11, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Rev. Chris Herbert, officiating. Burial will be in the Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be Hunter Hose, Joseph Sheehy, Joseph Perry, Mike Lainhart, John Gibson & Chris Hamby.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Thursday May 10, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
