Viola Justice Reel Viola Justice Reel, resident at Cleburne County Nursing Home, departed from her earthly home to join her Lord and Savior on February 7, 2025.

She is survived by her daughters; Ellen Reel, Sheena (Danny) Johnson, Deneen Dulaney, and son Craig/Stevie (Mickey) Reel. Sisters: Marcelle(Morris) Gilliland, Imogene(Billy) Medley and 12 grandchildren: Shelby, Kayla, Tyler, Somer, Haliegh, Angela, Chris, Aaron, Jeremy, Jessica, Michael and April. Also 12 great-grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her husband Arthur Reel, son Glen Reel, parents Barney and Rurrie Justice, brothers: Hank, RB, Clinton, Milton, Earnest Grover, sisters: Patricia and Mary.

Native of Alabama Viola also resided in Texas and Georgia on occasion. Taught early in life the art of quilting by her Mom, later employed as a sewing machine operator at Bostrom, where she retired.
Married Arthur Reel and were blessed with 2 sons and 3 daughters. Her children were her treasures, kept them loved and brought up with a solid foundation of Faith and Jesus in their lives. She believed and practiced forgiveness and acceptance of all. She was the backbone for the family and strength that knew no boundaries. A heart tender and always had the right words for comfort and healing for others.
Viola had a unique sense of humor, a jokester, one might say. Her smile was contagious and her laughter made a sour person smile. She loved to read, especially her Bible, listen to music, Gospel hymns would get those feet tapping. All who knew Viola were blessed and she will be greatly missed.

Family would like to thank Cleburne County Nursing Home and Enhabit Hospice of Anniston for all their love, care and support during Viola’s residency and especially her last weeks. Thank you to all the caring angels, especially Amanda and Allison, we are forever grateful for your kindness and compassion.
