Memorial services for Ronda L. Wiedemeyer, age 66, of Leighton, Alabama, will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Phillip Langford, Elder Roanoke Congregation, officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00-2:00 PM on Saturday before services begin.
Mrs. Wiedemeyer passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at her residence.
Survivors include her daughter, Amber Swain (Alan) of FL; two grandchildren, A. J. Swain (Autumn) and Arielle Swain; one great-grandchild, Asher Swain; her father, Bernard Franklin Jones (Liza); one sister, Katrina Stone (Lee) of Blairsville, GA; one brother, Dwayne Jones of Palm Bay, FL; and close friends, Courtney Rather, Doug Rather, Bob Moser, India Patel, Samantha Turner and Bubba Turner.
A Texas native, Mrs. Wiedemeyer was born on April 26, 1960, the daughter of Bernard Franklin and Virginia Inez Stroud Jones. She worked in hospitality at Microtel. Mrs. Wiedemeyer was preceded in death by her mother; Inez Jones, and friend; Cheyenne Montague.
