FLORENCE-The 15th Annual Shoals Earth Day Fest took place yesterday, Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Florence-Lauderdale Tourism Center in Florence with local bands and performers throughout the day. Featuring earth-friendly displays as well as educational booths from environmental organizations and local vendors.
The weather was perfect as the kids enjoyed hands-on projects and interactive learning activities. Everyone seemed to enjoy the spirit of celebrating Mother Earth and the Quad Cities Daily was on hand to capture the event in photos.
