Mrs. Barbara Allen Stanfill age 95, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2026, in Jackson, TN. Mrs. Stanfill was born August 12, 1930, in Rienzie, MS to the late WC Farris and Lenora Farris being the youngest of 8 children. She was active member at First Baptist Church in Lexington during the mid to late 1960’s where she focused on the younger Sunday School Classes. She retired in 1990 from Fluid Routing and married Mr. Eddie Ray Stanfill. Together they enjoyed his cabin on the lake in Danville, TN, where she enjoyed fishing everyday with her schnauzer until 2005 when her health started to decline, they moved to Jackson, TN. Survivors include husband of 35 years- Eddie Ray Stanfill. two sons- Richard Griffin and Steve Griffin, and daughter Jennifer Vaughn, 5 grandchildren- Paula, Brian, Fran, Monica and McKensie, 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by the father of her 4 children- Bufford Griffin, son- Tommy Griffin, 3 brothers and 5 sisters. Visitation will be Monday March 16 at 11am- 9pm and Tuesday March 17 at10am-2pm, with Funeral services at 2pm in the Chapel with burial to follow at Mt, Moriah Cemetery.
