James Chesley Hardison, age 77, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, February 14th, 2026, at Providence St. Vincent Hospital in Birmingham.

James was born June 18th, 1948, in Marshall County, to the late William Everett and Martha Ownby Hardison. He was a retired Press Operator for ICP and served in the National Guard. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and watching and coaching softball.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Vicki Hardrick Hardison, and two brothers, William Everett Hardison Jr. “Billy” and Joel Musgrave Hardison.

He is survived by two daughters, Dana (Jeff) Studdard of Warrior, AL, and Jean Ann (Mandy) Hardison of Clarksville, a brother, Gerald Wayne “Babe” Hardison of Laws Hill, and a granddaughter, Victory Vaughn of Warrior, AL.

Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, February 17th, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Lone Oak Cemetery with burial to follow.

London Funeral Home and Crematory is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
