Katherine Hall, age 79, of Russellville, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at her residence in Russellville.
Katherine leaves behind a legacy of love, honor, dignity, integrity, and strength for all who knew her. We have never heard an unkind word spoken about her and her examples lives through every life she touched. She was more than just a mom and grandmother; she was our friend and guiding light. Her story does not end here. It rises in the generations she poured herself into. We will cherish her memories for as long as we live. We find comfort in knowing she is rejoicing and reunited with those she loved. Even so, our world will never be the same without her. Psalms 121:1-2.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Orba Gene Adair; parents, James Walter & Jimmie Lou (Edwards) Goines; and brothers, Ray Goines, J.W. Goines and Larry Goines.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her sons, Phillip Hall (Rose), Brian Hall; grandchildren, Brittany McCrory (Sam), Shaylee Hall, Shanea Hall, Summer Hall, Shawn Hall (Brittany), Skylar Hall, Maggie Mauldin, Zola Mauldin Adams, Morgan Trapp (Kyle); great-grandchildren, Harper Cantrell, Hattie Grace McCrory, Maverick Hall, Waylon Hall, Levi Hamn, Mollie Gardner, Blaze McCafferty, Malakai Trapp; and a host of nieces & nephews.
The visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in the Goines Family Cemetery.
The outpouring of love for our family has overwhelmed us in the most beautiful way. Thank you for every prayer, every message, and every story. Hearing how she touched your lives has been such a gift in the middle of this heartbreak. Please keep us in your prayers. The days ahead are going to be hard as we figure out how to live in a world without her here with us.
