Kerry Cooper age 63 of Phil Campbell, was born October 12, 1962, to the late Dewey Harless and Wanda Joyce Cooper.
Kerry was a member of Pleasant Hill Congregational Church. He was a member of Phil Campbell Rescue Squad. He worked his way up in the Fire Department and attained Fire Chief. He was a paramedic for many years. Kerry worked for Haleyville City Water Treatment Plant for over 25 years treating water, making it safe.
Kerry was preceded in death by his parents.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his children Andrea Cooper Hicks (Jonathan), Leah Cooper Reaves (Nicholas), Tyler Godsey (Makayla), and Tristan Godsey (Taylor); Brothers, Carl Cooper (Margaret), Jerry Cooper (Shunta), Keith Cooper (Lisa), and Rodney Cooper; grandchildren, (Brenda), Morgan Hicks, Ezra Reaves, Wren Reaves, Bo Godsey, Valli Godsey, Lacey Benford, Lane Godsey, Lyla Godsey and a host of other relatives and friends.
