Opal Sutton Craig, 92, of Blountsville, passed away Friday.
She was preceded in death by husband, Dennis Craig; parents, Alvie and Lee Sutton; daughters, Debora Craig and Diane Craig; sisters, Lorene Simmons, Mary Manley, Lillie Mae and Dorothy Bridges and brothers, Wilburn Sutton, James “Buddy” Sutton, Alvie “Junior” Sutton, Billy Sutton and unnamed infant.
She is survived by her sister, Virginia Montgomery; brother, Curtis Sutton; sons, Joe (Sharon) Craig and Carey (Vickey) Craig; grandchildren, Todd (Jennifer) Craig, and Amy (Adam) Holland, great grandchildren, Garrett (Chelsea) Craig, Daniel (Ashley) Holland, Krystin Holland, Abby Sharp and Adalynn Sharp, great great grandchildren, Presley, Drake and Colt Holland, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will follow at 2:00 pm with Tom Brown and Stanley Ryan officiating.
Interment will be in Walker Cemetery.
