Ronald Garrett, 78, of Rogersville, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Ronald was a devoted husband, and a loving dad and granddad who adored his family.
A visitation will be Friday, January 16th from 4-6 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home.
Ronald is preceded in death by his parents, William and Lorene Garrett; brothers, Donald Garrett, George William Garrett; and his sister, Geneva McNally. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Jane Garrett; sons, Chris (Heather) Garrett, Cory Garrett (Christy Black); daughter, Cassie Mason (Ashley Haygood); grandchildren, Kaitlyn Phillips, Connor Garrett, Mattie Grace and Sara Beth Garrett, Lila and Braydee Aday, Rachel Tippit; great-grandson, Pearson Phillips; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special ‘thank you’ to Gentiva Hospice for their care. They would also like to thank all of their friends for the prayers, food and love that has been shown to their whole family.
