Funeral services for Mrs. Katie Pearl Turner, age 96, will be held Friday, January 2, 2026, at 1PM in the chapel of Shelton Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be held Friday, January 2, 2026, from 11AM until service time in the chapel of Shelton Funeral Home.
Mrs. Turner, a homemaker, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at her home in Trenton, TN.
Mrs. Turner is preceded in death by her husband; Harold Turner, her parents; Alvin and Josiphine (Cole) Turner, her son; Stephen Turner, her brothers; Thomas and James Turner, and her sisters; Alaverne Gross and Doris Jenkins.
Mrs. Turner is survived by; her daughters, Janice Rinks and husband Darrell, and Renee Garner; three sons, Harold Turner and wife Sherry, Danny Turner, and Darryl Turner; four grandchildren, Timothy Lawler and wife Twyla, Kevin Turner and wife Jenny, Jeffery Green, and Joshua Lawler and wife Sherry; and three great-grandchildren, Julianna Turner, James Turner, and Katelyn Lawler.
Serving as pallbearers to honor Mrs. Turner are Kevin Turner, Ethan Turner, Richy Turner, Josh Lawler, Danny Turner, and Marty Lawler. Honorary pallbearer will be Jeff Green.
