Causey, Jimmy Dale Age 68, of Aroney, passed away December 7, 2025. Jimmy was a 1975 graduate of Boaz High School and faithfully served his country in both the U.S. Army and Naval Reserves before retiring from the Army National Guard. As a civilian, Jimmy worked as machinist.
Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents, Lorene & Troy Causey and his brother, Tim Causey.
Left with cherished memories are his wife of 49 years, Linda Pitchford Causey of Aroney; his children, Mandy (Geoff) Olson of Birmingham and Joshua (Tonya) Causey of Aroney; sister, Joyce (Ronnie) McCurley and David Causey of Boaz; grandchildren, Dekota Causey, Caleb Causey, Noah Causey, Hailey Causey, and Anna Cordelia Olson as well as cherished nieces and cousins.
The family expresses their sincere gratitude for the healthcare professionals that have taken amazing care of Jimmy. Special thanks to Crossville Health & Rehab for the compassionate care Jimmy received in his final rehab stay. Memorial service will be held Saturday, December 13th, 2025 at 2 p.m. at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home in Albertville with visitation one hour prior to the service. Kevin Connell and Shawn Gillilan, officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Jimmy’s honor to the American Heart Association or Shepherd’s Cove Hospice (Hospice of Marshall County).
