Funeral services for Mrs. Doris Holt, age 91, will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 1p.m. in the chapel of Shelton Funeral Home with Lane Self officiating. Burial to follow at Salem Cemetery in Rutherford, TN. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 4-8 p.m. in the chapel of Shelton Funeral Home.
Mrs. Holt, a retired clerk at Water Ways Marine, passed away Saturday, November 29, 2025, at NHC in Milan, TN.
Mrs. Holt was preceded in death by her parents, Hardy and Mozelle (Raines) Morgan; two sisters, Joanne Zaricor and Norma Scroggins; two brothers, Danny Morgan and Robert Morgan.
Mrs. Holt is survived by her husband Arland Holt of Milan, TN; a brother, Larry Morgan of Humboldt, TN; and a nephew, Sam Cole of Milan, TN
