Lela Marie Case Baker, age 82, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, passed away Monday, November 24, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born August 11, 1943, in Orange County, California, to the late Buck and Helen Arterberry Case. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters Betty Hicks, Deanne Case and Joann Austin and one brother Bob Case.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Bob Baker; two daughters, Beverly Zingg (Troy) and Barbara Williamson (Kenney) both of Lewisburg; son Steven Baker (Barbara) of Chapel Hill; six grandchildren, Justin Baker (Amber), Brandon Baker, Derick Williamson, Kristen Williamson, Matthew Williamson, and Conner Williamson; six great grandchildren; one sister Lila Crawford (Gary) of Bakersfield, CA; sisters-in-law, Evelyn Campen and Judy Case; several nieces and nephews.

An avid enthusiast of hands-on creativity, she found great joy in crafting, transforming simple materials into beautiful, personalized works of art. Her love for music was evident through her passion for singing karaoke, where she embraced the spotlight and entertained friends and family with her favorite tunes. Regular visits to the local VFW hall were cherished moments as she enjoyed listening to music in a warm, communal setting. Her appreciation for nature was reflected in her fondness for plants and flowers, tending to her garden with care and delighting in the vibrant colors and fragrances that adorned her home. Her role as a crossing guard was essential in ensuring the safety of children as they arrived and left the school grounds, and she was a familiar, friendly presence in the community.

Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home and Crematory, 324 W. Church St., Lewisburg, TN, on Monday, December 1, 2025, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm with cremation to follow.
